The Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates is the regulatory authority over:
  1. Banks
  2. Finance Companies
  3. Investment Companies
  4. Exchange Houses
  5. Financial & Monetary Intermediaries
  6. Rep. Offices of banks & financial institutions
Complaints and/or suggestions regarding any of these institutions can be directed to the Central Bank. However, if the complaint is already in the Court of Law, you need to wait for the Court decision before proceeding further.
