Know Your Rights

The Central Bank of the UAE’s (CBUAE), Consumer Protection Department works each day to uphold the highest levels of customer satisfaction with the many organisations and services under the CBUAE’s supervision.

The Know Your Rights platform is a dedicated digitised service where consumers can share their comments and complaints related to licensed financial institutions (LFI). 

Using the Know Your Rights service

Where possible, we advise consumers to attempt to settle any complaint directly with the relevant LFI.
If the matter is not resolved within 30 days, or if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can access the Know Your Rights service in a number of ways:

Visit the Centre at the CBUAE Head Office, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud St, Al Bateen, W34 Abu Dhabi, Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 2:30PM.
