1.Electronically submit the application on the system, by user name and password. In the event that the user is new he shall send an email letter requesting a user name and password

2. Complete the service form and upload it along with the documents in the electronic system

3. The completed application is reviewed and approved

4. The technical staff (key employees) shall be interviewed in the Authority’s headquarters

5. Pay the fees through e-services or through a smartphone application. In case the applicant is applying in person: Payment can be made through the electronic screen at the Customer Service Center in the Authority; and in case of a system breakdown: Payment can be made by e-Dirham or credit card at the Authority

1. The legal person takes one of the following forms:
   a. A company established within the state in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Companies Law, whose primary purpose is to pursue an actuarial profession.
   B. A branch of a company established in a financial free zone in the state or a branch of a foreign company, provided that it is licensed to practice an actuarial profession in the free zone or the mother country and that it is subject to a similar control authority and that the period of its actuarial activities is not less than two years.

2. A certified copy of the articles of association and articles of association of the company

3. A legal person who is not registered in the country must present a certificate attested of the license of the actuarial person issued by the financial free zone in the country or from the competent authority in the mother country, according to the case.

4. A copy of the registration summary, passport or personal ID of each of the company’s partners

5.  A commitment to abide by the laws, regulations, instructions and decisions issued by the authority.

6. The documents provided for in paragraphs (b), (d), (e), (f) and (i) of item (1) of Resolution No. 9 of 2017 are available to any person who works in the company and does the actuarial support work

7. An internal risk management system for the quality of reports, an internal audit system, and a system through which reports are issued only after the peer review

8. Make a commitment to fulfill all license requirements required on the application during the period determined by the authority, otherwise approval is considered null and void, and no removal of the activity is initiated before the commission verifies that all conditions are met and approval is issued

9.  The paid-up capital of the company should not be less than (10,000) one hundred thousand dirhams for the company established within the state, and for the company established in a free financial area in the state or foreign company, equivalent to (250,000) two hundred and fifty thousand dirhams.

10.  Provide evidence of the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in Article 3 of Regulation No. 9 of 2017 for all those who have actuarial acts with him or an undertaking to ensure that all conditions are fulfilled before granting the license.

11. That he is not sentenced to bankruptcy and is not rehabilitated

12. To submit an insurance policy of professional responsibility issued by an insurance company licensed and registered with the Authority, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Resolution No. 9 of 2017
