1.Electronically submit the application on the system, by user name and password. In the event that the user is new he shall send an email letter requesting a user name and password
2. Complete the service form and upload it along with the documents in the electronic system
3. The completed application is reviewed and approved
4. The technical staff (key employees) shall be interviewed in the Authority’s headquarters
5. Pay the fees through e-services or through a smartphone application. In case the applicant is applying in person: Payment can be made through the electronic screen at the Customer Service Center in the Authority; and in case of a system breakdown: Payment can be made by e-Dirham or credit card at the Authority
6. The customer prints the Registration Certificate

- Submit a license application and register the sales center with mineral growth
- A copy of the company's board of directors decision
- Determine the insurance branches that he will work with.
- The address of the business headquarters of the sales center in the United Kingdom.

- A detailed statement that includes the qualifications and experience of the candidate to fill the position of the sales center official, including his academic certificate, practical experience and training courses in which he participated.

* Conditions that must be met by whoever is appointed responsible for the work of the sales centers:
- To be an employee of the company who has spent a period of at least one year in the service of the company.
- To be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates
T. He must be of good conduct and behavior, and was not previously convicted of a freedom-restricting sentence for a crime against honor and integrity without being rehabilitated. - At least he has finished high school.
- He has participated in a training course in the insurance branches practiced by the sales center.
- The company is obliged to inform the authority of the decision to appoint the responsible employee, and any amendment or change in its transfer or termination of its services, and to explain the reasons for that, and it is also obligated to notify the authority once the job is vacant, and to fill the vacant position within a period not exceeding (30) days from the date of its vacancy.
