1.Electronically submit the application on the system, by user name and password. In the event that the user is new he shall send an email letter requesting a user name and password

2. Complete the service form and upload it along with the documents in the electronic system

3. The completed application is reviewed and approved

4. The technical staff (key employees) shall be interviewed in the Authority’s headquarters

5. Pay the fees through e-services or through a smartphone application. In case the applicant is applying in person: Payment can be made through the electronic screen at the Customer Service Center in the Authority; and in case of a system breakdown: Payment can be made by e-Dirham or credit card at the Authority

6. The customer prints the Registration Certificate

​Fee for the registration of a branch of a health insurance TPA company:  AED 2,000 once at the time of the extract printout

1. The resolution of the Board of Directors or Management Board of the TPA Company to approve the opening of the branch

2. Appointment of an official and professional staff for the branch who shall meet the conditions contained in Clause (1), (2) and (3) of Article (7) of Resolution No. 7 of 2015. The branch official shall provide a declaration of his full responsibility for the actual management of the branch

3. A period of at least one year has passed since the TPA Company was first licensed, during which the activity was effectively practiced within the UAE; and no sanctions have been imposed therein or serious administrative irregularities have been committed by the Company

4. A bank guarantee in the value of AED 250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dirhams)

5. Any other controls or conditions set by the Authority
