1.Electronically submit the application on the system, by user name and password. In the event that the user is new he shall send an email letter requesting a user name and password

2. Complete the service form and upload it along with the documents in the electronic system

3. The completed application is reviewed and approved

4. The technical staff (key employees) shall be interviewed in the Authority’s headquarters

5. Pay the fees through e-services or through a smartphone application. In case the applicant is applying in person: Payment can be made through the electronic screen at the Customer Service Center in the Authority; and in case of a system breakdown: Payment can be made by e-Dirham or credit card at the Authority

6. The customer prints the Registration Certificate

Fee for the registration of a surveyor and loss adjuster company:  AED 7,000 per year once upon registration

1. True copy of the memorandum of association and articles of association of the company provided that its capital may not be less than one million Dirhams; as well as its registration in the Commercial Register
2. True copy of the Family Book, ID or passport of each partner together with true copies of the academic qualifications, training and experience thereof
3. A statement of the names of the partners and their shares in the capital; and an official certificate from the competent authorities that the partners had never been sentenced in a crime involving moral turpitude or dishonesty along with a declaration that none of them has been declared bankrupt in the past, unless rehabilitated
4. A statement showing the types of expertise operations that the company intends to exercise
5. A declaration by the manager in charge he is fully dedicated to practice the profession of damage surveying and loss adjustment expert
6. An insurance policy against civil liability arising from the practice of the profession with an insured amount of one million Dirhams
7. In the case of an application to register a branch of a foreign company, in addition to the previous documents, the applicant must submit an official certificate from the concerned authorities in the country where the foreign company is registered stating that it is incorporated and registered in that country, and that it is authorized to practice the profession of damage surveying and loss adjustment
8. The surveyor and loss adjuster shall exercise his/its work within three months from the date of registration
