1. Electronically\Smart submit the application on the system, by user name and password. In the event that the user is new he shall send an email letter requesting a user name and password

2. Complete the service form and upload it along with the documents in the electronic\Smart system

3. The completed application is reviewed and approved

4. Pay the fees through e-services or through a smartphone application. In case the applicant is applying in person: Payment can be made through the electronic screen at the Customer Service Center in the Authority; and in case of a system breakdown: Payment can be made by e-Dirham or credit card at the Authority

5. The customer prints the Registration Certificate

Service Fees:

Fee for renewing the registration of a health insurance TPA company:  AED 4,000 per year

​Late renewal fees: a fine of AED 300 for each month subject to a maximum of AED 3,000 for each year. Any part of a month shall be calculated as full month

Payment of the service charges

Ensuring that the company profile in the e-services is updated and complete

Attachments Required

1. True copy of the trade license, registration certificate and commercial registration
2. Declaration that the data will not be changed
3. A statement showing the name of the manager in charge or managers responsible for the company management and the key specialized employees and names of signatories
4. A statement showing the business practiced by the company during the year
5. True copy of the passport of the manager accredited by the Authority
6. Renewal of an insurance policy that you already have submit it before to the Insurance Authoriy,or to submit a document from another company with the same conditions , and this case is to applya request of data change with the payment of the required fees
7. Detecting insurance companies and providers of medical treatment services contracting with them and the date of the end of each convention
8. The final financial statements for the previous fiscal year certified by a auditors registered with the Ministry of Economy
