1.Electronically submit the application on the system, by user name and password. In the event that the user is new he shall send an email letter requesting a user name and password

In case the applicant is applying in person: Payment can be made through the electronic screen at the Customer Service Center in the Authority; and in case of a system breakdown: Payment can be made by e-Dirham or credit card at the Authority

6. The customer prints the Registration Certificate

Service Fees:

Fee for the registration renewal of an Actuary idividual: AED 3,500 per year

Fine for late renewal: AED 500 for each month subject to a maximum of AED 5,000 for each year. A part of a month shall be calculated as full month

Ensuring that the company profile in the e-services is updated and complete

Attachments Required

1. A copy of the Emirates ID for each employee and actuary residing in the country, and copies of the passports of employees and actuaries not residing in the country.

2. Submit an insurance policy of professional liability in accordance with the following conditions:

3. a. The document must be issued by a company licensed and registered with the Authority, provided that its conditions are subject to the approval of the Authority.

4. b. To be issued in the name of the actuary.

5. c. That the legal and insurance conditions related to guaranteeing the professional liability arising from the actuary arising from the exercise of his professional activity and not be subject to cancellation are included during the policy period.

6. d. To be valid for the duration of the license and renewable by agreement of the two parties (the company and the actuary). In the event that it is directed not to renew it with the same company, the actuary must present an insurance policy issued by another company that meets the same conditions required to be available seven days before the expiry of the current policy.

7. e. The insurance amount in the policy must not be less than (1,000,000) UAE dirhams (one million dirhams), provided that the bearing amount does not exceed (30,000) dirhams (thirty thousand dirhams).

8. f. No amendment or change in the conditions of the document may be made except with the written consent of the Authority.

9. A statement that includes the actuarial works he performed in the country during the past year.

10. Evidence of his continued membership in any of the bodies specialized in actuarial science approved by the Authority.

11. A true copy of the commercial license, registration certificate and commercial register

12. Any documents or other data required by the authority.
