1.Electronically submit the application on the system, by user name and password. In the event that the user is new he shall send an email letter requesting a user name and password

2. Complete the service form and upload it along with the documents in the electronic system

3. The completed application is reviewed and approved

4. The technical staff (key employees) shall be interviewed in the Authority’s headquarters

5. Pay the fees through e-services or through a smartphone application. In case the applicant is applying in person: Payment can be made through the electronic screen at the Customer Service Center in the Authority; and in case of a system breakdown: Payment can be made by e-Dirham or credit card at the Authority

6. The customer prints the Registration Certificate

Service Fees:

Fee for the registration renewal of surveyors and loss adjusters - companies: AED 3,500 per year

Fine fee for late renewal: AED 500 for each month subject to a maximum of AED 5,000 for each year. A part of a month shall be calculated as full month

Submission of the application electronically or through a smartphone application

Payment of the service charges

Ensuring that the company profile in the e-services is updated and complete

Attachments Required

1. The original of the previous registration (renewal) certificate
2. True copy of the trade license, registration certificate and commercial registration
3. A statement showing the surveying and loss adjustment business practiced by the surveyor and loss adjuster during the year according to the form designed by the Authority for this purpose
4. An insurance policy in the amount of one million Dirhams to indemnify civil liability arising from practicing the profession. The policy must be valid until the expiry of registration
5. A statement containing the name of the manager in charge or managers responsible for the company management and all key employees providing the expertise work (for companies only)
6. True copy of the passport and residence permit of the manager, if any
