Payment of fees through electronic services or through the smartphone application, and in the case of personal attendance: Payment is made through the electronic screen at the Customer Service Center in the Authority, and in the event of system failure: payment is made with an e-dirham card or credit card at the Authority

3. The customer prints the information

Fee for requesting an official extract on TPA companies: AED 100 once at the time of extract printout

Fee for requesting an official extract of the Insurance Brokers: AED 200 once at the time of extract printout

Fee for requesting an official extract on an insurance company is AED 1500 once at the time of extract printout. ​

Fee for requesting an official extract on insurance agents: AED 1,000 once at the time of extract printout.

Fee for requesting an official extract on surveyors and loss adjusters: AED 200 once at the time of extract printout

Fee for requesting an official extract on Actuaries: AED 200 once at the time of the extract printout

Fee for requesting an official extract on insurance consultants: AED 200 once at the time of extract printout
